This tour will take you on a 3 days safari in Maasai Mara National Park, one of Kenya’s best national parks, featuring a lot of wildlife and great game viewing opportunities.
Maasai Mara National Reserve derives its name from the indigenous people of Kenya – the Maasai tribe – and the Mara River that cuts through the park.
The Mara is also home to the richest concentration of wildlife, including the “Big Five” (elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, and buffalo), zebras, antelope, gnus, oribis, hyenas, giraffes, warthogs, gazelles, hartebeests, hippos, crocodiles and others. The park has the largest concentration of African lions, including the black-maned lion.

Itinerary
We pick you up from Hotel in Nairobi or the airport to the safari briefing. Safari After safari briefing, we depart for Maasai Mara through the dramatic Great Rift Valley. This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest’s migration. It is also home to the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo, and Rhino. Lunch at our camp and relax before departing for the afternoon game run. The Maasai Mara Game Reserve is one of the greatest wildernesses in the world. Large mammals are varied and easy to see. Residents among the Parks are Masai Giraffe, Buffalo, Eland and thousands of the plain game including Impala, Zebra, Topi, and both Thomson’s and grants Gazelles. Overnight Dinner and overnight at Camp or Lodge of your choice
Meal Plan: breakfast, lunch & dinner After breakfast we carry packed lunches and set off to search for great predators. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During our stay we also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Maasai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Overnight Overnight at Camp or Lodge of your choice
After a full English breakfast back at the camp, we depart for Nairobi where the safari ends.
